Responsibilities
- include developing sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers, leading negotiations, managing contracts, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services that support hotel operations.
- This position also provides leadership, training, mentoring, and professional development to build a high-performing sourcing and procurement team.
- Lead the Sr. Manager, Sourcing & Contracting and Sr. Manager, Procurement, overseeing a team of 15 professionals.
- Develop and maintain training programs, materials, and competency standards for team members.
- Drive the development and execution of enterprise sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead vendor selection initiatives and collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and executive leadership to implement sourcing strategies.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and support for procurement initiatives.
- Ensure agreements deliver quality, competitive pricing, clear terms, and measurable performance expectations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and financial savings.
- Track, validate, and communicate cost savings and synergies across business units.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of progressive sourcing, procurement, contracting, or supply chain experience, including at least 2 years in strategic sourcing and contract management
- hospitality experience preferred.
