About the role
- We work in-person 5 days a week out of our office in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and logistics for the founder and head of strategy
- Support hiring: scheduling interviews, coordinating candidates, keeping the pipeline moving
- Manage vendors/external relationships
- Own day-to-day operational tasks and special projects that don't fit anyone else's job
- Act as a reliable thought partner who makes the founder and head of strategy more effective
- Quadrillion Labs builds Qualia, an agentic research intelligence platform that does real computational research - running experiments, analyzing data, and surfacing insight for the people who do this work at the highest level.
- We're a team out of Stanford NLP, HRT, Citadel, Jane Street, Google Research, and Harvard Med, building for an audience that looks a lot like us.
