- Inspect and repair drywall, sheetrock, fixtures, doors, hardware, and other interior finishes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform touch-up painting and minor paint repairs throughout apartment homes.
- Perform general cleaning, painting, and upkeep of community features, signage, and curbs.
- Support efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Support expense management by repairing items when appropriate and minimizing material waste.
- Resident & Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service by treating residents, guests, vendors, and team members with professionalism and respect.
Requirements
- Operations & Safety Complete make-ready checklists, maintenance logs, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all company safety procedures and participate in required safety meetings and training programs.
- Ability to work late, on weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation may be required.
