About the role
- This role is for a senior engineer who is able to operate in ambiguous settings and straddle work in deeper engineering concerns alongside the product and business implications of their work.
- They will work closely with key stakeholders within the company as well as learning from existing and potential customers to define an MVP and future iterations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the early product discovery of a new area for Timely with some support from external PM, design, and business stakeholders. Coordinate and oversee work of these external stakeholders in the process.
- Build initial prototypes and MVPs of the product end-end to prove value.
- Drive key technical discovery and decisioning for any buildout. Rightsize our architecture and design early on to balance time to market and support for future iterations and integrations.
- Drive the early product discovery of a new area for Timely with some support from external PM, design, and business stakeholders.
- We started Timely to build the tool we wish we had when we were in schools.
- Timely delivers optimized master schedules that are more efficient, accommodate diverse educator needs, and enable student access to courses and pathways that impact their lives.
