About the role

  • Fixed Income COO Associate Summary: Fixed Income seeks an Associate to join the COO team.
  • The expected base salary ranges from $100,000- $150,000.
  • Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to identification of strategic growth opportunities and develop execution plans
  • Prepare compelling analysis and presentations to support management discussion of Fixed Income's strategy and new business initiatives
  • develop analytics to drive optimization of resource utilization
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, and Business areas to conduct deep dive reviews of capital and balance sheet topics
  • Develop a commercial understanding of key capital and balance sheet methodologies and optimization strategies
  • Monitor Fixed Income's balance sheet and capital usage; develop analytics to drive optimization of resource utilization

Requirements

  • Experience in a business management, strategy, or a financial analysis role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required, including ability to create compelling presentations for senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including capacity to multi-task while maintaining a focus on timely delivering
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial industry
  • experience in investment banking market's area strongly preferred

Compensation

  • The expected base salary ranges from $100,000- $150,000.
  • Work with Fixed Income management and Finance partners to develop the annual financial budget and periodic forecasts
