Workflow Optimization & Radiologist Support:
Provide direct support to radiologists assigned to reading rooms, assisting with the interpretation of studies.
Support on-call Radiologists with system troubleshooting, problem-solving, and workflow performance improvements.
With limited supervision, perform ancillary tasks that allow Radiologists to focus on their primary clinical functions.
Manage a large volume of incoming emails requesting STAT reads, records requests, image transfers to and from affiliate and outside hospitals/institutions, and notify the appropriate Radiologists.

Maintain clean and clutter-free work environment in all Radiology Reading Rooms
Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet departmental needs.

High School Diploma / GED Required
Proficiency in IT systems, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and compliance. (Required proficiency)

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and radiology systems. (Required proficiency)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. (Required proficiency)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and task prioritization. (Required proficiency)
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information professionally. (Required proficiency)
Utilize various communication tools and technology systems to minimize delays and increase efficiency.

$21.05 - $26.35 Hourly
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs.
If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.

Act as the Health Information Management (HIM) liaison for releasing patient imaging to patients and families.
At least one (1) year Hospital, Medical Office, or Related Setting Required
