Are you a compassionate and enthusiastic person looking to positively impact the lives of children diagnosed with special needs?

Prepare and implement all materials needed for the skill acquisition program.
Implement appropriate teaching procedures determined by the supervising BCBA.
Implement interventions based on behavior modification determined by the supervising BCBA.
Maintain visual supervision of the child at all times. A child must NEVER be left unattended.
The RBT Trainer will support the psychosocial and developmental needs of children through the execution of ABA services as directed by the BCBA.
The RBT Trainer will also train, develop, and onboard new BT team members.
Collaborate with BCBA, Administrative Team Lead, and Director of ABA Services to develop training schedule for onboarding new staff.
Meet with new team member on day one for orientation, tour of building, and introduction to team members.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
