Responsibilities
- Check in visitors and create guest passes in accordance with security procedures
- Maintain a polished and organized front desk and lobby environment
- Provide general office services support as needed
- Assist with administrative and workplace tasks to support daily operations

Requirements
- Experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
