About the role
- The Sanitation Manager ensures that the plant is in compliance with all company, state, federal, and local laws, regulations, guidelines, standards, etc. relating to sanitation.
- Completes documentation and carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the proper and timely cleaning and sanitation of all processing areas within acceptable levels consistent with company and USDA guidelines.

- Maintain usage, inventory, and communicate the proper chemicals necessary to maintain all equipment located within facility as well as any sanitation related to the building interior and exterior.
