About the role

Nice to have
- Serve as the Digital owner for NetSuite and associated platforms, including Adaptive, FloQast, Concur, Prendio, ActiveDisclosure/DFIN, ADP, and related integrations.
- Responsible for roadmap, delivery, and operational performance of G&A business systems and associated vendors.
- Govern integrations, master data, reporting dependencies, and role-based access across the G&A application landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Finance or a related field, 10+ years of experience in IT business systems, enterprise applications or finance systems.
- Public-company experience with direct, hands-on ownership of SOX ITGCs - access reviews, change mgmt, segregation of duties, audit evidence, vendor assurance and remediation - not just audit participation.
- Experience supporting Finance and HR systems in a regulated, audit-driven environment
- biotech, pharma, medtech or life sciences are strongly preferred.
- Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience, with enough finance process fluency to be credible with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Payroll, Legal and external reporting.
