As Director of Engineering, you will lead the engineering function for the Be The People platform.
You will set technical direction, build and manage the internal engineering team, integrate the work of our staff augmentation partner, and own platform reliability and iteration velocity through launch and beyond.

Ten or more years of software engineering experience with five or more years leading and managing engineering teams.
Track record running production platforms with consumer-facing traffic and continuous availability requirements.
Comfort operating in a pre-CTO environment with the discipline to set durable foundations without over-fixing.
Track record of using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate your work.
