About the role

  • Nordson EFD, a global leader in Engineered Fluid Dispensing, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team.
  • Summary of the role As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

Nice to have

  • Write test reports highlighting results, settings, final equipment list, and related notes.
  • Attend top customer meetings, trade shows, and other pertinent meetings as requested to help provide technical knowledge as needed.
  • Aids with providing product training to all sales groups with focus on top products.
  • Help coordinate customer problem resolution with engineering, customer service, sales, R&D, Quality Assurance and other personnel.
  • Assists with development and implementation of product training tools.
  • BS in Engineering or related field or equivalent related work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor with a high energy level and the ability to adapt effectively in a dynamic changing environment
