About the role
- In this role, you will work directly with vendors and manufacturers on product disposition of defective and unwanted products converting unsellable inventory to cash or sellable inventory.
Requirements
- Maintain an expert level of proficiency in the Admin software and manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- At least six months of experience in a similar role in a fulfillment setting.
- Thorough knowledge of warranty and returns policies and procedures
- The ability to interact and participate in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-driven environment
- The ability to occasionally work a schedule outside of normal business hours
