Responsibilities
- Lead and support to medium‑ to high-complexity sourcing events across assigned categories, including workplace programs, site operations services, workplace experience initiatives, and operational support vendors.
- Conduct supplier and market research to identify qualified partners, assess capabilities, and support category strategy development.
- Manage the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Contract lifecycle, including RFx execution, bid analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiation.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, perform pricing and cost‑model analyses, and develop data‑driven recommendations for business partners.
- Negotiate master service agreements, statements of work, and amendments in partnership with Legal and internal partners.
- Support ongoing supplier management activities, including quarterly business reviews and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial proposals, evaluate cost structures, and develop insights that influence decision‑making.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function preferably with exposure to workplace strategy, site operations, real estate, or operational services.

- The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,900 -- $156,100 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
