About the role
- What you'll be doing: Oversee all aspects of the service operations to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Participate in completing work orders including repairing and replacing appliances, plumbing systems, and air conditioning, heating, and electrical systems, etc.
- Train all maintenance teammates and encourage them to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide quality customer service to all prospective and existing residents.
- Manages work orders and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines.
- Oversee and manage a safe, healthy and accident-free environment.
Requirements
- Applicants will be required to pass a background check, and reference check prior to their first day to verify their employment eligibility
Nice to have
- Trade Licensing preferred but not required Tech savvy
