About the role

  • Your primary focus will be driving user acquisition, conversion, expansion, and recurring revenue through best-in-class sales-led and self-serve commerce experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional internal and partner team to implement a best-in-class e-commerce technology stack
  • Build a deep understanding of our platforms, user journeys, and customer motivations and purchase flows
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new user experiences that drive conversion and engagement
  • Own and lead the experimentation and testing roadmap across our platforms to optimize growth strategies
  • Optimize messaging and the overall user experience on customer-facing interfaces to ensure seamless purchasing and post-purchase experiences
  • Own growth end-to-end: This role has real ownership over acquisition, conversion, expansion, and recurring revenue across a large and diverse product portfolio. You won't just influence growth-you'll directly drive it.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS software
  • A love for data and demonstrated excellence in data-driven problem-solving-you can take high-level, ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for growth strategies backed by data and insights
  • Experience leading and working with teams around the world
  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including phone and video calls
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Pendo a big plus

Compensation

  • Lead through influence, coordinating across product, marketing, and data teams to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth targets
