Responsibilities

  • Vericast is the financial institution (FI) performance partner.
  • We help banks and credit unions drive growth, improve efficiency, increase engagement and navigate change through the power of data, technology and people.
  • This is a unique opportunity for a partner or managing director-caliber individual to build and lead a thriving marketing consulting practice focused exclusively on the banking and credit union sector.
  • In this role, you will serve as both a rainmaker and a delivery leader - developing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
  • You'll work with regional and community banks and credit unions (assets ~$5B-$50B) to transform their marketing capabilities, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing banking and
  • transformation services; Develop and maintain C-level relationships with CMOs, heads of retail
  • financial institutions; Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of Account Executives, strategists,
  • creatives, and data analysts to drive successful opportunity pursuit; Lead proposal development,
  • client lifetime value; Position the firm as the premier marketing strategy partner for mid-market

Requirements

Compensation

  • $180,000-$200,000
  • The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
