About the role

DESRI seeks a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as a Senior Manager or Director, Tax Credit Origination/Finance (title commensurate with experience).

You'll be responsible for building and managing a direct book of tax credit buyers, developing relationships with corporate counterparties and advisory firms, and originating new transaction opportunities.
You'll lead opportunities from initial outreach through closing and serve as a primary external-facing representative of DESRI.
You'll work closely with internal teams across finance, legal, and asset management to support transaction execution, including coordination of diligence and closing processes.
You'll also track market developments and buyer demand, provide insights on pricing and market dynamics, and support DESRI's broader origination efforts.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $300,000 (depending on title and experience).
