About the role
- Are you an experienced Bridge Engineer looking to progress your career?
- We're an employee-owned, 400-person multidisciplinary consulting firm-not too big, not too small.
Requirements
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University.
- Demonstrated experience with prestressed concrete, steel and composite structures, and timber systems.
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as SAFI, StructurePoint, WoodWorks, Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in bridge structural design, inspection, and construction support.
- Any other heavy civil experience such as with marine or dam structures will be viewed as an additional asset.
- Working knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (CHBDC, CSA).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with Clients, Contractors, and Colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for work related travel
