We need experienced product designer who can own and grow entire lines of businesses end-to-end.
Excellent visual and/or interaction design skills.
Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design.
Build the design culture and lead the design function for Complete.
Partner with cross-functional teams and drive the design voice from idea to launch.
Collaborate with product and founders to incorporate user and customer feedback.
Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking.
Create wireframes, library of templates, and prototypes that illustrate key product interactions.
Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma, motion design platform of choice).
Have deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns to ensure brand, visual and interactive cohesion across products, platforms, and scenarios.
