About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Technician to join our manufacturing team reporting to the Production Supervisor.
You should have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
We are looking for an individual that has a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Your role will be to support the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing area.
Utilize routine and non-standard work orders, written and verbal instructions to build and test subassemblies and assemblies.
Perform audits to ensure all necessary parts are available and free of defects to perform build and testing.

Associated Degree, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience with electro-mechanical assembly
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and work with heavy equipment, tools, and supplies.
Required to operate in various positions around fixed equipment and machinery, including using lifts, ladders, and scaffolding.

Ability to utilize ladders or other high structures to work at heights of ten feet or higher.
Previous work around cranes, hoists, and forklifts.
Experience with high-temperature, high-power industrial systems (energy, thermal processing, rockets, etc.).
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified
Experience with 3-axis gantry CNC mill designed for large-part machining
Experience with an industrial horizontal CNC abrasive wire saw
Proficiency across multiple welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and stick welding, and the ability to read and interpret welding symbols and engineering drawings.
Experience maintaining and servicing welding equipment is required.

Sala ry Basis: Hourly
