This role involves driving innovation and transformation across core areas, including Order Management (OMS), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and strategic planning.

In this role, you will oversee the development, support, and optimization of solutions that streamline fulfillment operations, enhance the fulfillment experience, and deliver measurable business impact.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and algorithms, to design and implement scalable systems that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
We use GitHub, Slack, and video conferencing extensively to collaborate.
We value pull requests, one-pagers, and screencasts to develop rapid prototypes that demonstrate new features.
You will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth by challenging them to do their best work.
You will partner with product managers, operations, and algorithms teams to continuously improve fulfillment processes and customer delivery experiences.
We focus on high-value products that solve clearly identified problems and are designed in a sustainable way so that value continues to deliver in the long term.

$130,900 - $218,000 USD
