About the role

Supervision and managing the performance of the nurse(s) and aide(s), including assigning of admit and evaluation visits, scheduling visits at the beginning of benefit period, and ensuring staff are completing visits in a timely manner.
Directing the work of clinical associates including assigning of admit and evaluation visits, scheduling visits at the beginning of benefit period, and ensuring staff are completing visits in a timely manner.
Managing the site in the absence of, or by the designation of, the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager from time-to-time.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing 2+ years hospice or home care experience Leadership experience in clinical supervision or program management Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification
