About the role
- Paraform is disrupting how companies hire - and we're looking for someone to help us hire the best people to do it.
- You'll be hands-on sourcing, closing, and iterating on our process - while also laying the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles - from kickoff to close
- Source proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, with a bias toward finding non-obvious talent that others miss
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and what "great" actually looks like for each role
- Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking that raise the bar over time
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally with time spent in-house at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record closing strong engineering candidates in a competitive market
- you know how to find people and get them interested
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus (and genuinely interesting to us)
