Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites.
You'll partner with Flight and Customer Operations to effectively support daily tasks and ensure high performance of your team.
You will own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
You'll own scheduling and manage a labor budget. You will be responsible for ensuring your site meets performance metric goals.
Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency within our current processes. Design, build and execute process improvement projects to improve our fulfillment operations, quality metrics, and the employee experience.

You have 2+ years' experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
