Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent point of contact and career readiness advocate for assigned students, building trust, rapport, and accountability
- Certification Support

- This position supports students throughout the full student lifecycle by proactively driving certification completion, career readiness, and placement preparation.
- As a Career Success Coordinator, you will engage students early to build strong and consistent relationships, supporting them through certification and placement.
- Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics, which may include:
- Support students and graduates with career planning, job search strategies, and interview preparation
- Coordinate with employer engagement and career services partners to prepare students for successful entry into the placement window

Compensation
- Up to $30 per hour
