Responsibilities
- We deliver premium landscaping and snow removal services to large apartment and townhome communities.
- Cut grass, trim edges, clean up, blow trimmings, fertilize areas and perform other lawn care duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 full years (Summer and Winter) experience in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- A good attitude and the ability to motivate others
- Ability to work well with others - if you often think you are right, and that other people rarely teach you new things, please do not apply
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- The Crew Lead is required to supervise a crew of labourers and operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks, as well provide daily progress reporting on job time and cost data.
- Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM including all daily labor, equipment and materials required to complete daily objectives
Skills
- All start times 6:30AM or slightly later, depending on operational needs.
- Pay Scale Based on Experience, Skills and Qualifications in the Landscape and snow removal industry.
