- The Fitness Coach position is a Sales and Service oriented position.
- Highly energetic and ready to assist, Fitness Coaches have a passion for fitness, and can easy approach the public in outreach opportunities.
Responsibilities
- We are dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of our customers and communities in which we live and serve.
- Generate membership leads through various methods including community events, outreach, referrals and business partnerships
- Build relationships with our members, determine client goals and counsel on positive lifestyle changes
- Assist in and maintain cleanliness of club
Requirements

Compensation
- It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base wage of $18.60.
- This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base salary.
- The expected annual range of total compensation is $20,100 - $23,800 determined by the expected total number of scheduled hours per year, performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
