About the role

  • This role plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition throughout the patient journey as the hub completes reimbursement services and transfer the patient to a Specialty Pharmacy to complete their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Perform other activities related to internal initiatives and/or the manufacturer's program as assigned.
  • Ability to identify, document, and submit Adverse Events during customer contact or via received documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.
  • Support manufacturer field team members as required on case updates.
  • Responsible for ensuring accounts are updated and accurate, submitting IT escalations if required.
  • Experience and knowledge in the healthcare management industry including Prior Authorizations, Appeals, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Commercial plans is preferred.
  • Excellent observation skills to easily identify trends and problems while providing solutions.
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.

  • Works independently within established procedures

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience, preferred
  • Experience in phone-based customer service preferred.
