About the role
- This position serves as the program's primary administrative function for compliance reporting, documentation control, and grievance tracking and escalation.
Responsibilities
- We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
- Maintain organized records for audits, inspections, and contract reporting requirements.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits through documentation review and organization.
- Maintain compliance tracking systems and reporting logs.
- Grievance Intake & Management Receive, document, and log all grievances and complaints submitted within the facility.
- Maintain a centralized grievance tracking system for all reported concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of grievance outcomes for audit and reporting purposes.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files for audit readiness.
- Support leadership with data summaries and compliance reporting dashboards.
Requirements

- Program Compliance & Reporting Prepare, compile, and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly program reports.
- Track required reporting deadlines to ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with department leads to collect required operational data and inputs.
- Escalate grievances to facility leadership and, when required by policy or federal contract standards, to designated federal oversight authorities or contracting government entities.
- Ensure all externally reportable grievances are accurately documented and submitted through required official federal reporting channels.
- Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with operational, clinical, security, and administrative teams to obtain required reporting inputs.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED required
Skills
- Experience in government-contracted, residential, shelter, or correctional environments.
- PREA Coordinator or PREA Auditor training preferred.
- Experience with incident management systems or compliance tracking tools.
- Training in safety management, OSHA standards, or facility risk assessment.
- Experience conducting audits or inspections in regulated environments.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- If applicable, Child Abuse/ Neglect Report (CAN) or child protective services check with no adverse findings.
- Bilingual ability (Spanish or other languages) preferred Conditions of Employment:
