Responsibilities

  • Ensures adherence to multi-agency regulations (ISO, OSHA, EPA, DOT, DHS) while supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain quality standards and minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
  • Previous experience in a production supervisor or operations supervisory role managing an hourly workforce
  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of manufacturing management disciplines such as production and inventory control,. and standard cost systems
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and communication and demonstrated ability to train and mentor production employees
  • Experience with Management of Change processes including P&ID documentation updates
  • Experience with enterprise business systems, SAP
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management
