The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) team alongside being an integrated member of the HART Hub.

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to approach, listen, build trust, and communicate across diverse cultures and intersectionality.

Permanent part-time, 18.75 hours per week, daytime shifts with flexibility for evenings/weekends required.
Knowledge and experience with people experiencing problematic substance misuse as well as illnesses and problems related to such misuse
Experience with or knowledge of dual diagnosis & concurrent disorders is an asset.
Sound knowledge of psychotropic medications including usage and potential side effects
Status: Permanent part-time, 18.75 hours per week, daytime shifts with flexibility for evenings/weekends required.

$55,276.59 - $65,031.29 annually based on part-time hours. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary).
Due to the nature of this program, this role is on-site and/or community based.
