Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires in the US and international team members (EOR). You'll ensure every "Mashgin-er" feels welcomed, equipped, and ready to contribute from Day 1.
- Manager Enablement: Partner with managers to navigate employee lifecycle events, including leaves of absence, promotions, and internal transfers, providing the administrative and tactical support they need to lead effectively.

Requirements
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Adaptability: A high degree of comfort with ambiguity.
- You can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or an HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have
- Experience with our tech stack (e.g., Notion, Rippling, Slack, G-Suite).
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws.
- A passion for AI, technology and startups.

- $115k-$145k
