Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, supporting execution, prioritization, and professional development
- Test and validate new or enhanced functionality to support custom client requirements
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve and scale internal configuration management tools
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in configuration management, systems implementation, or related technical roles, with 1+ year of people management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Excel, JSON-based business rules, and Jira preferred
- BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience with SQL
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
