About the role
- This role ensures workplace coordination, CMMS administration, vendor compliance tracking, and construction documentation are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate seating plans, employee moves, and space readiness activities.
- Coordinate access control requests and workplace logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track employee facilities service requests from intake to closure.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with IT, HR, and Security.
- Maintain accurate asset data and documentation integrity.
- Maintain vendor compliance documentation including certificates of insurance and permit tracking.
- Support audit readiness and documentation control for regulatory, insurance, and internal compliance reviews.

Requirements
- All applicants must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, project administration, or related operational roles.
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and facilities workflow systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document control practices.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting construction administration or facilities project documentation.
- Experience maintaining vendor compliance and audit documentation.
- Experience generating operational dashboards or reporting metrics.
- Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work across office, laboratory, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk active production floors and navigate construction areas safely.
- Ability to use required PPE in designated production areas.
