About the role
- This is a highly strategic, senior IC role tasked to:
- Translate business objectives into long-term marketing roadmaps powered by Yobi's algorithms and data.
Responsibilities
- Unlike traditional LLM companies, Yobi builds foundation models of human behavior grounded in real-world actions such as purchases and store visits.
- Our private-by-design modeling enables state-of-the-art personalization and decisioning for leading brands and agencies while protecting privacy, safety, and ethics.
- At our core, Yobi is building the behavioral intelligence layer for any system that makes a personalization decision.
- Engineers here own major surface areas, build 0→1 systems in large-scale data and model infrastructure, and help define how Behavioral AI scales ethically and effectively.
- Partner with Yobi's sales team to be a trusted partner throughout the sales process, POC, and post-close.
- Own long-term client outcomes for client success and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior client leadership and teams (Brand, Performance, Retention, CRM, Data, Analytics, etc.) to unify efforts around growth.
- Develop action plans that ensure measurable impact and internal execution.
- Yobi is hiring an Enterprise Client Partner to drive growth for enterprise clients by aligning their marketing goals with Yobi's offering.
- Own client relationships and own the long-term adoption of Yobi's product.
Requirements
- Experience working with customer datasets (CRM, 3P audiences, log-level data, etc.).
