About the role
- You will help individuals achieve their personal goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in achieving their individualized goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
- As a Group Home Provider, you will provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred:
Nice to have
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Medication Administration Certification
- Experience providing personal care
- 4 days on / 3 days off
- Overtime opportunities may be available

- Position Summary
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications according to state regulations and company policies (training provided if needed).
- Transport clients to appointments, community activities, shopping, and recreational outings.
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes accurately and on time.
