Responsibilities
- Supports students through consultations, program knowledge, financial aid assistance, insight into residential life, and transfer credit evaluations.
- Build relationships with prospective students and track their progress through the recruitment funnel.
- Coach students and build rapport with secondary influencers.
Requirements
- candidates must be willing and able to work in-person at the Tempe campus
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED

Compensation
- Salary and Summary of Benefits: $50,000 - $61,000/year DOE

- The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for a high-volume of interactions and follow up with students that have interest in achieving their academic goals.
- This advisor will speak with the student about how UAT can assist them in their educational goals and help guide through the application and enrollment process.
- Facilitates all enrollment activities for students pursuing enrollment into the University.
- Guide prospective students through the application process.
- Working with students and help guide through the matriculation process, responds to phone and email inquiries on admissions process and status of applications.
- Successfully meets and exceeds goals, but always thrives to break the record.
