Responsibilities
- As a trusted strategic partner, you'll use data, research and intelligence to influence communications planning and business decision-making.
- Lead strategic analysis across media, digital, audience, competitor and market intelligence.
- Connect information from multiple data sources to build a complete picture of the communications landscape.
- Develop measurement frameworks that link communications activity to meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner with client teams to integrate analytics into communications planning and strategic decision making.
- Strong commercial understanding of how communications supports broader business objectives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have
- 5+ years' experience in strategic insights, communications analytics, media intelligence, research or a similar role.
- Agency experience within PR, communications, media or marketing (preferred).
- The ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with media monitoring, social listening and audience intelligence platforms such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Muck Rack, Agility, QUID or GWI.
- Experience using Google Analytics and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience creating client-ready presentations and data visualisations.
- Experience incorporating Generative AI into research, analysis or insight development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation
- $90,000 - $110,000, depending on level of experience
- A potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
