About the role

In this role, you will contribute to the development of spacecraft electrical power systems, electronic subsystems, and platform integration while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure mission success.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical systems engineering and experience supporting satellite or aerospace platforms.

Design, analyze, and support the integration of satellite platform electrical systems.
Develop and validate electrical power generation, storage, and distribution systems.
Support the design and integration of electronic units, wiring harnesses, and electrical interfaces.
Perform system-level testing, verification, and troubleshooting of electrical subsystems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support satellite platform development and integration.
Prepare technical documentation, engineering analyses, and design recommendations.
Support system validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
5+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Experience supporting satellite platform development or spacecraft electrical systems.
Knowledge of space-qualified electrical components and avionics.
Experience with spacecraft integration, verification, and environmental testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

TBD -- based on skills and experience Important Screening Requirements Must be eligible to obtain or hold Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Candidates working remotely or in a hybrid capacity must be willing to travel and work on-site in Montreal for at least one week per month.
