About the role

  • As a Change Management Engineer, you will coordinate the management, configuration and testing of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Applications and all supporting automation.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for working with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, Information System, area engineering, and production on the alignment, optimization and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures.
  • As the application owner, provide training, feedback, and solutions for fixing issues to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and assist with projects related to various Micron Execution System (MES) applications.
  • Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for Traveler and Process Control.
  • Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades.
  • Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data in large meetings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • Proven ability to coordinate efforts across various groups.
  • Working knowledge of Fab processing.
  • Strong data analysis and computer skills, and leverage AI (Artificial Intelligence) skills to aid daily responsibilities.
  • Working knowledge of MES applications.
