Responsibilities
- Have general knowledge of all office systems and software, perform maintenance and possess an in-depth knowledge of bank products, services, and digital offerings

Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Banking and/or retail experience preferred
Skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members and participate in solving problems and making decisions
- Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written
- Ability to make right decisions based on perceptive and analytical processes, practicing good judgment in gray areas
- Knowledge of computers and the Teller System
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is generally $15.50 - $17.05 per hour.
