About the role
- The RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments.
Responsibilities
- The RPA developer will partner with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed.
- Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio
- Directing meetings and workshops with other business units to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Documenting process workflows, creating technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project.
- Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation
- Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
Requirements
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Javascript, etc.)
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience with Amazon S3
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Generally prefers minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation Experience (UIpath, Blueprism, Nice) or two (2) years of Development Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required.
- Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

Skills
- Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third-party software
- Monitor bots post-deployment, and proactively fixes bugs
- Open to learning new automations and technical tools
- Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD. The actual base pay offered will be determined by factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
