Responsibilities

  • Perform shift-based verification of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Support incident investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we're striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.
  • This role verifies product specifications, monitors food safety protocols, escalates non-conformance issues, and supports production teams in maintaining compliance and traceability.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.

Nice to have

  • Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within food or beverage production.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Compensation

  • Shift Differential: Yes - $1.50 per hour
  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
