- Company Description FuseFX is an award-winning Visual Effects Studio providing visual effects services for episodic television, feature films, commercials, virtual productions, and VR.
- Our flagship studio is in Los Angeles, CA, with locations in New York City, Vancouver, BC., and Atlanta.
- Our Montreal, Toronto, and Bogota studios are serviced by FOLKS VFX, who joined FuseFX in 2020.
Responsibilities
- End-user support for production and artists
- Traits of a Desktop Support Technician:
- 1-2 Years' experience in an IT support role
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge of Windows Active Directory administration
- Thorough understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Linux experience is a huge plus
- Good working knowledge of Office365
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Windows Deployment Services (WDS)
- Scripting experience is a plus (Python, Powershell)
- Extensive knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and all peripherals including audio/video devices
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and MacOS 10.13 and above
