About the role

- We're currently hiring experienced 5-Axis Machinists to join our growing team at any of the 3 locations listed below.
- If you enjoy programming, setting up, and machining complex precision components while working with cutting-edge equipment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Program and optimize toolpaths using Lemoine and/or PowerMill
- Read and interpret engineering CAD designs, Red Line dimensions, and GD&T requirements
- Perform machine setups, prove-out new programs, and optimize machining processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled CNC machines is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of 5-axis machining principles, tooling, machine setups, and workholding techniques
- Experience inspecting precision components using a variety of measuring equipment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of experience operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machining centers in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience programming using Lemoine and/or PowerMill (preferred)
