Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of flow cytometry equipment and related laboratory applications.
  • Proven experience with consultative sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and expanding customer relationships.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for Sales Incentive Compensation with total target compensation ranging from approximately $184,900 - $194,900 annually.
