About the role
- Delivery Operations at Mercor is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our human data programs, ensuring projects are staffed, scoped, and delivered on time and at quality for our customers.
- This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants operating experience at the center of a growing business, with direct exposure to how a human data delivery org is run.
Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to the VP, helping set priorities, structure decisions, and prepare for key meetings, reviews, and offsites
- Drive projects from strategy to execution, coordinating across Delivery, Recruiting, Ops, Product, and Finance to keep initiatives on track
- Build and maintain the operating rhythm of the org, including weekly business reviews, KPI tracking, OKRs, and leadership reporting
- Own initiatives as they arise, including new program launches, process redesigns, vendor evaluations, and headcount planning
- Strategic partnership: Act as a thought partner to the VP, helping set priorities, structure decisions, and prepare for key meetings, reviews, and offsites
- Cross-functional execution: Drive projects from strategy to execution, coordinating across Delivery, Recruiting, Ops, Product, and Finance to keep initiatives on track
- Operating rhythm: Build and maintain the operating rhythm of the org, including weekly business reviews, KPI tracking, OKRs, and leadership reporting
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a high-ownership operating role, such as chief of staff, business or strategy operations, management consulting, investment banking, venture, or a startup operating role
- Prior experience in human data, data annotation, RLHF, or AI training data operations
