About the role

Responsibilities
- You'll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly but also by listening with compassion - not just to hear information, but to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
- You'll ask follow-up questions and build rapport in real time.
Requirements
- 48 hours required a month, 24 hours on call, Shifts will range between 8-12 hours.
- You'll work across multiple screens collecting details that must be input correctly between physician and nurse check-ins.
Compensation
- For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour.
