As a Senior Business Scientist at Ekimetrics, you will lead complex analytics projects for international blue-chip clients across diverse industries, delivering bespoke solutions and high-impact insights to senior executives.
You will also partner with Managers and above to engage clients, contribute to commercial proposals, and balance project profitability with excellence.
Retain top performers and support the growth of future leaders through active mentorship, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Provide visible sponsorship and active support for recruiting, retaining, and engaging diverse talent across the organization.

Curiosity and interest in digital and marketing strategy, with solid knowledge of marketing and media strategy and the key questions faced by CMOs.
Determining factors for base compensation include, but are not limited to, professional background, years of experience, and skillset.

At Ekimetrics, final base salary is determined by a multitude of factors and vary from candidate to candidate.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary for our NYC office is $110,000.
